Four Don Bosco College alumni films selected for Ahmedabad Film Festival

The films highlight Goa’s emerging filmmaking talent and genre diversity

Four films created by the alumni of Don Bosco College, Panjim, have been selected for the Ahmedabad International Film Festival (AIFF), which will be held from September 30 to October 2, 2026.

The selected films are Bhaangar Kalakusar Karigiri, directed by Prachi Shirodkar; Smoke and Mirrors, directed by Rameez Shaikh; XIM: The Boundary, directed by Jeshawn Fernandes; and the Al film Toto, created by Saisma Naik.

The four films represent different genres, including documentary, psychological thriller, folk thriller, and Al filmmaking, highlighting the growing talent and diversity of Goa's emerging filmmakers.
