Unsafe building owners should face criminal action: Krishna Salkar

Krishna Salkar has called for criminal action against owners of unsafe buildings after safety concerns in Vasco

Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar has called for criminal action against owners of unsafe buildings who fail to repair or secure their properties. He said they should be held accountable if accidents, injuries, or loss of life occur due to falling slabs, plaster, or structural debris.

Meanwhile, the owners of a dilapidated building have unanimously decided to demolish it before the saptah Festival. With thousands of devotees expected for Shri Damodar Darshan, they have obtained insurance and will carry out the demolition with all necessary safety precautions.
