Fishing season good, but rising costs hurt boat owners: Jose Philip D’Souza

Goa’s fishing season ended on a positive note, but boat owners face their own struggles

D'Souza urged the government to restart the fuel subsidy scheme, stating that it is essential to support the fishing community and help sustain Goa's traditional fishing industry.
