Fake overseas job scam: Margao man loses Rs 4 lakh

The fraudster promised the Margao resident a 'job' in Australia

A Margao resident, Moises Fernandes, fell victim to a fake overseas job scam, losing Rs 4 lakh through an RTGS transaction. The fraudster had promised him a job in Australia.

Margao Town Police have registered a case, and investigations are in progress.
