CM announces ‘Mhaje Flat Yojana’ for flat owners

The scheme will help flat owners transfer properties into their names despite missing original documents

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced the ‘Mhaje Flat Yojana’ during the inauguration of Sahakar Seva Bhavan. The scheme will help flat owners who purchased properties through cooperative societies or builders, but are unable to transfer them into their names due to the absence of original documents. The scheme will be overseen by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies and IAS officer Sandeep Jacques, and is expected to be implemented within 15 days.
