The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has launched a dedicated helpline for reporting homeless and destitute individuals, as well as persons found begging within Panaji city limits. Citizens can call or WhatsApp 9403687460 to alert authorities. In partnership with El Shaddai Charitable Trust, the CCP will rescue those in need and relocate them to shelter homes for care and rehabilitation. Cases involving children should be reported to the 1098 Child Helpline.
