Cuncolim MLA Yuri Alemao has written to Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Town & Country Planning (TCP) Minister Vishwajit Rane, expressing concern over the development at Panzorconi Hill in Cuncolim as the Section 39A protest continues.
He noted that the project could harm the hill and its environment and urged the authorities to reconsider the technical clearances and other approvals, stressing the need to balance development with public sentiment amid the ongoing civic unrest.
