Worms in food: Goa University suspends, blacklists mess contractor

The mess and canteen contracts held by the contractor have also been terminated

Goa University has suspended and blacklisted the mess contractor after worms were found in food served at the university mess. The university has also terminated the contractor's mess and canteen contracts. An inquiry committee has been constituted to investigate the incident, Registrar Sunder Dhuri said.
