The incident marks the second drowning case in the area in as many weeks

Two teenagers drowned while swimming in the Dudhsagar River near Tambdimol Collem. One of the deceased was a local resident, while the other was from Bagalkot, Karnataka. Both victims were 17-years-old. This is the second such drowning incident reported in the area within the last 15 days.
