Minister Ramesh Tawadkar said the community is still waiting patiently for ST reservation

"We are still patient and willing to wait for ST reservation. If our patience runs out, we will decide our future course of action," said Min. Ramesh Tawadkar.

Tawadkar said that although Union Home Minister Amit Shah had assured that he would convey the message regarding the ST reservation issue, no communication has been received so far. He added that the delegation met the chief minister and submitted additional documents to be forwarded to Delhi to expedite the implementation of Scheduled Tribe (ST) reservation.
