Swimming, bathing banned at waterfalls & water bodies in South Goa and Kushavati

A 60-day ban has been imposed as the monsoons make waterfalls hazardous

The North Goa District Magistrate has imposed a 60-day ban on swimming, bathing and entering natural water bodies (including waterfalls, rivers, lakes and abandoned quarries), following a rise in drowning incidents during the monsoons.
