Sudin Dhavalikar calls for ban on Narkasur celebrations

Minister Sudin Dhavalikar has called for an end to Narkasur festivities, claiming that it causes social harm.

He said disorderly activities during night-time celebrations must be stopped and questioned why the practice continues when it did not exist before 1984. He also referred to a Supreme Court stay order.
