“The Right to Information Act, 2005 has completed 20 years. It plays a very important role in ensuring transparent and accountable governance. When I sit in the position of State Information Commissioner, I cannot label a beneficiary of the Right to Information Act as an activist or a blackmailer,” says Adv Atmaram Barve in a chat with Chief Editor of The Voice, Vishwanath Nene.
