Shetye challenges Tawadkar’s construction regularisation

The alleged unauthorised construction is reportedly more than ten years old

Activist Kashinath Shetye has filed a PIL challenging the regularisation of an alleged unauthorised construction belonging to Minister Ramesh Tawadkar. The plea seeks the demolition of the structure which has reportedly been existing since 2015.

The High Court has issued a notice to Tawadkar, and the next hearing is scheduled for October 28.
