Second landslide on Sada–Mormugao Harbour road raises concerns

Earlier, authorities had inspected the site and promised preventive measures amid ongoing hillside erosion

A second landslide occurred on the Sada-Mormugao Harbour Road, a month after another incident in which a labourer died. Following the incident, the Mormugao MLA and the PWD Minister inspected the site and assured that preventive measures would be taken. Residents and commuters remain concerned as continuous spring water flow is weakening the hillside, leading to regular landslides and safety risks.
