MLA Vijai Sardesai questioned the expenditure on Goa SARAS, stating that Rs 5.22 crore was spent in 2025-26 and Rs 4.47 crore in 2024-25.
Citing feedback from vendors, he questioned whether the scale of spending was justified when some artisans struggled to recover even their transportation costs.
