“79% of the budget was passed without discussion. Rules were suspended, but it’s legally correct. Those lacking parliamentary knowledge cannot teach me,” says Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai’s in connection with the Budget.
He adds that the whole budget has been passed, which is not a good thing.
