Remo Fernandes hints at final public performance

Goan music icon Remo Fernandes opened up about health challenges that have impacted his performances

Legendary Goan musician Remo Fernandes has hinted at his final public performance during the UK Goan Festival held at Cranford Community College, UK. He revealed that a mild stroke after his third COVID-19 vaccine affected the movement of his fingers, making it difficult to play the guitar and flute.

After a fall caused by vertigo last year, doctors advised him against performing while standing. While they said he could perform seated, Remo remarked that it is "not my cup of tea."
