Porvorim PI clarifies viral PSI video, says complaint filed by restaurant owner

Porvorim PI Tukaram Chavan said police have already received a complaint from the restaurant owner regarding the alleged misconduct seen in the viral video. 

He said the preliminary enquiry found that PSI Viraj Sawant had visited the restaurant with his friends for food, while further enquiry is underway to ascertain the facts and circumstances. Sawant's friend was also called for questioning, Chavan said.
