HPSM Chairman Laxmikant Parsekar questioned the motive behind the complaint, with the woman alleging that he had taken revenge against her because she was a karyakarta of Mandrem MLA Jit Arolkar.
Arolkar said the woman had approached him in tears, and he had advised her to follow the legal process. He added that he does not interfere in others' personal matters, but may speak out if someone interferes in his. He dismissed the allegations against him as baseless.
