"New Mushrooms" emerge every election season: Nilesh Cabral

Curchorem MLA Nilesh Cabral took a swipe at a political rival, saying that ‘new mushrooms’ emerge every election season. He said the culvert expansion contract was cancelled after the contractor failed to complete the work. Cabral added that if his political opponent is willing to take responsibility for the contractor, he would consider awarding the culvert expansion project to the same contractor.
