Mogambo khush hua: Food cart gets street-pole power, locals raise questions

The Mogambo food cart in Taleigao was found drawing electricity directly from a street electricity pole for commercial use. The issue had reportedly been highlighted earlier, yet no action appears to have been taken so far. When Electricity Department staff present at the spot were asked about the connection, one staff member reportedly said, "Ask at the office, not me," and declined to comment further.

The direct tapping of electricity from a street pole has also raised serious safety concerns, as faulty or exposed wiring could potentially result in electric shocks, injuries or even a major accident.
