Former minister Mickky Pacheco supports Goa's proposed NDZ, saying it will protect the environment

Former Minister Mickky Pacheco has backed the proposed Non-Development Zone (NDZ), saying the initiative is aimed at safeguarding Goa's environment and ecological balance. He has questioned opposition to the proposal, and urged Goans to support the NDZ and asked whether resistance to it was influenced by the interests of builders.
