Michael Lobo acquitted in Nazri Resort CRZ case

The court rejected allegations that the resort was located within the Coastal Regulation Zone

The Civil and Criminal Court in Mapusa has acquitted Calangute MLA and Nazri Resort owner Michael Lobo after rejecting claims that the resort was located within the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ).

The court dismissed the allegations and acquitted Lobo of all charges.
