Margao police arrest driver in Sirlim hit-and-run case

A Maharashtra rent-a-car driver has been arrested in the case

Margao Police have arrested Swaraj Jagtap, a rent-a-car driver from Maharashtra, in connection with the Sirlim hit-and-run case. Attempt to murder charges have been added against the accused, who will be produced before the court today 27 May 2026. The injured woman has undergone surgery.
