A team from Vasco Police arrived at Mopa Airport on Wednesday with Madhav Khattar, brother of the accused Gautam Khattar, in connection with alleged inappropriate remarks about St Francis Xavier.
Police said Madhav has been arrested and will be taken to Vasco for questioning.
Gautam Khattar, the prime accused, remains absconding, and authorities said efforts are underway to trace him.
