Dialysis patients at Canacona CHC have risen to 114 in six months, prompting demands for a dedicated kidney unit and a regular nephrologist

The number of dialysis patients at Canacona Community Health Centre (CHC) has increased from 99 to 114 over the past six months. Former councillor Shubham Komarpant and social worker Sunay Komarpant have demanded a dedicated kidney care unit and the appointment of a regular nephrologist at the CHC.
