Huge crowd joins Independence Day celebrations at Sada

A large crowd gathered at Sada to attend the Independence Day celebrations organised by Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar. 

Amonkar said that Mormugao had gained independence from ‘revenge politics’ after his election in 2022. He alleged that before 2022 political differences had strained relations between families and neighbours. Amonkar urged people not to be influenced by those resurfacing ahead of the elections and said that seeing people celebrating with happy faces was his biqqest satisfaction.
