The High Court has cancelled the bail granted to Saurabh Luthra, Gaurav Luthra and Ajay Gupta in the Anjuna nightclub fire tragedy (December 2025) case registered by Anjuna Police and the document forgery case registered by Mapusa Police.
The court has granted the accused liberty to file fresh bail applications before the trial court and directed them to surrender within two weeks.
