Adv Radharao Gracias has accused Congress of allegedly asking prospective election candidates to pay the hotel bill incurred during party president Mallikarjun Kharge's Goa visit and contribute towards the Congress office building.
Gracias questioned the manner in which such funds are allegedly being sought from aspirants, with the allegations coming as parties prepare for the upcoming elections.
