Goa Haj Committee seeks direct flights to Jeddah/Medina for Haj 2027 pilgrims

The committee seeks direct flights as this would ease travel costs and logistical difficulties

Goa State Haj Committee Chairman Urfan Mulla has urged the government to arrange direct flights from Goa to Jeddah or Medina for Haj 2027 pilgrims.

A total of 219 pilgrims from Goa have applied for Haj and currently have to travel to Mumbai to board their flights. Mulla said that direct flights from Goa would reduce their logistical, financial and physical difficulties.
