Sports Minister Ramesh Tawadkar said Goa could host select events if India is awarded the 2036 Olympics. He said the state is upgrading sports infrastructure to be ready for such an opportunity.
Tawadkar also said a review meeting with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and other ministers examined ongoing development projects and discussed areas requiring improvement.
