Fr Bolmax Pereira died of cardiac arrest, says Dr Rajesh Patil

The doctor said that Fr Bolmax passed away early Tuesday morning at GMC

Fr Bolmax Pereira passed away at around 4.30 am on Tuesday after suffering a cardiac arrest, said Dr Rajesh Patil. He had been admitted to GMC for the past two days and was reported to be stable on Monday night. Despite being placed on ventilator support after his condition worsened, he passed away on Tuesday morning, 26 May 2026. Dr Patil said that the family has been informed and that the mortal remains will be shifted to the morgue.
