Feast of Assumption celebrated at Holy Spirit Church, Margao

The Holy Spirit Church, Margao, celebrated the Feast of the Assumption on August 15.

As part of the traditional celebration, Fr Movin blessed paddy sheaves and the first harvest of corn, marking an offering of the new harvest and thanksgiving for God's blessings. The blessed paddy sheaves were later distributed among parishioners.
