Mitali Desai from Honda began her baking journey in 2020, experimenting with different recipes right in her home kitchen. What started as a simple passion soon turned into a dream, and with dedication, creativity, and hard work, she transformed that passion into a profession.

Today, Mitali owns her very own bakery in Sankhali, serving a delicious variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked treats, all made with vegetarian and vegan options. From baking at home to running her own bakery, Mitali’s journey is a beautiful example of how a small beginning can turn into a successful career when passion meets perseverance.
