Enough Is Enough gives TCP 15-day ultimatum to scrap Section 39A

They warned that they would intensify their protests if their demands were not met

Members of Enough Is Enough submitted a memorandum to the Chief Town Planner demanding the scrapping of Section 39A of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act and the suspension of all notifications issued under it until the High Court rules on its constitutional validity. The group gave the TCP Department a 15-day ultimatum, warning that it would intensify its protest and demand the removal of the TCP Minister if its demands are not met.
