Education Department canteen to close from today following FDA inspection

Goa’s Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) has directed the closure of the Education Department canteen from today following an inspection.

The canteen will remain closed for hygienic cleaning, kitchen maintenance and painting work, and will reopen only after an FDA re-inspection and clearance, said FDA officer Richard Noronha.
