The Goa Crime Branch has arrested Harpreet Singh (39) from Delhi International Airport in connection with a fake overseas job scam. He is the third accused in the case, allegedly cheating job seekers by promising employment in Hong Kong and other countries, collecting money, and sending them abroad on tourist visas without valid recruitment authorisation.
Two Goa-based accused were arrested earlier, and the investigation is continuing.
