Congress leaders seek protection for elderly Betalbatim resident

Congress leaders met Colva Police seeking intervention to ensure an elderly man can return to his home with caretakers arranged by his UK-based daughter.

Congress leader Adv Pratima Coutinho and Lincoln Gomes met PSI Prashant Bhagat at the Colva Police Station on behalf of Maria D'Souza (based in the UK), seeking police intervention to ensure that Isidorio Souza and Theresa Gonsalves, who have been arrested, are removed from Loyalo D'Souza's house, allowing the elderly father to live there with caretakers arranged by his daughter.
