ABVP has demanded action from the Education Department against higher secondary schools in Goa for allegedly overcharging students under ‘prospectus’ fees. It has urged free PDF access online and a cap of Rs 100, calling the practice exploitative and seeking refunds for students.
The Directorate of Education has issued a strict circular following reports of schools charging excessive fees for admission forms and prospectuses.
