AAP has dismissed concerns over reports of Quepem MLA Alton D'Costa contesting from Velim, saying the party is confident in sitting MLA Cruz Silva's work and support base.
AAP said it intends to retain Velim, while GPCC President Girish Chodankar said that Congress would discuss a possible alliance, but cautioned that shifting D'Costa to Velim could affect the party's credibility.
