70,000 coconuts procured to meet Chaturthi demand: Premendra Shet

The MLA said the measure would help prevent shortages and curb price rises during the festive season

MLA Premendra Shet said that 70,000 coconuts had been brought from outside Goa to avoid shortages and price increases during the Chaturthi festival. He said the coconuts would also be available for 2-3 days after Chaturthi.
